David Guilmette is currently the Chairman of the Board at Master Medical. Previously, he served as the President of Global Employer and Private Healthcare Exchange at Cigna Corporation. At Cigna, he was responsible for leading the growth strategy and overall market execution for the Global Employer segment, which includes global health benefits and national accounts. He also had full leadership responsibility for Cigna's private healthcare exchange business. Before that, he was the President of the National Pharmacy and Product Business. He joined Cigna in February 2010 as President of the National Segment. Prior to that, Guilmette was the Managing Director of the Global Health and Benefits business line at Towers Watson, where he led the growth and profitability of the business and provided insights into healthcare market trends. Guilmette has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and employee benefits programs, focusing on program design, financing, implementation, management, consumer orientation (including consumer-driven health plan design), and healthcare management.
